In our daily life, many friends like flower arrangement, but the flowering period of each flower arrangement is not very long. Here are some tips on extending the flower arrangement period.

Clear water should be used for flower arrangement, and the water temperature should be close to room temperature. The water in the vase should be changed regularly to prevent the secretions of the flowering branches from mixing into the water, which may cause the cuts to rot. In addition, pay attention to inserting the branches or the lower end of the pedicel into the water. When there are many branches, there are often individual branches that are not inserted into the water, leading to withering.

The cuts of some flower branches will produce mucus, such as peach flowers, peonies, etc. You can use a small fire to roast the cuts of the branches, then use scissors to cut off the burnt parts, and then insert it into the vase. This can eliminate mucus and other things from clogging the  plant conduit and prolong the flowering period. When the indoor temperature is low, you can add a little salt to the water to prevent freezing damage.

Flower arrangements should not be placed in the sun. The sun will accelerate the decline of flowers. If you personally take it from the garden flowers, you should cut it when the flowers are not fully open, and the branches should have some leaves. Fresh flowers should be cut in the early morning when the dew is still wet, after cutting, immediately insert it into a container filled with water, and then prune it carefully, design your favorite colors, put them in the vase. You can also prune the flower branches in the water, It can prevent the cuts from being polluted by the outside air, and extend the flower period.
