Many friends like to grow some vegetables at home by themselves. It is healthy and convenient. You may not know that many vegetables can be regenerated. One planting can be eaten many times. Today, let’s talk about which vegetables are suitable for growing at home and can be regenerated.

1. Green onions
When eating green onions, you can leave green onions about an inch long and attached to the roots. Place them in a small glass cup with a little water. Put the cup in a well-lit room and the green onions can grow.

2. Garlic
When garlic begins to sprout, you can plant them in a glass with a little water. Eating fresh garlic sprouts, the garlic teeth themselves have a greater taste, while the garlic sprouts are lighter, and noodles or stir-fried vegetables have a good taste.

3. Carrot
Keep the top of the carrot with a small amount of water and place it on a well-lit window sill to grow radish sprouts, which are suitable for adding to salads

4. Cabbage
Soak the root end of the cabbage in water and place it in a well-lit area. In about a week or two, you can transplant it into the soil and let it grow new leaves.

5. Celery
Cut out the bottom of the celery and place it in a water-soaked dish or small bowl to provide enough sunlight. When the leaves start to grow in the middle, transfer the celery to the soil.

6. Lettuce
Dip the head of lettuce in 1/2 inch of water. Fill the water daily to keep the water level about 1/2 inch. After a few days, the roots and new leaves will grow and they can be transplanted into the soil.

7. Parsley
Put the stem of coriander into water and it will grow. When the roots are long enough, they can be planted in flower pots, with sufficient light to grow a whole coriander in one month.

It’s also very pleasant to have a real life of growing vegetables at home. As a leisure hobby, leave a small portion of the vegetables you bought. Let’s try and see if you can grow it!
